metal heart.

so we finally finished painting, AND i put the room together yesterday. i was really really excited. haha. although, when i finished i realized it doesn't look at all like tyler lives in the room with me. it could probably just be MY room. oh well. his fault for saying he doesn't care so many times. i DID ask. plus, he didn't have a single thing on the wall in his old bedroom. so he didn't even have anything to contribute... but the room looks awesome (i think). after much feeling stupid, i even managed to figure out how to get the pictures off tyler's camera (yay!).

so there is my lovely blanket my mom made me. with matching pillow cases. my favourite part is that she made the cover out of old sheets she found at value village. i love it.










my favourite parts of this part of the room is the painting, which my best friend jasmine did for me for my birthday last year. it has a heart shaped lock, that says bff under it, an arizona ice tea can, and a rose. she hated it. i love it. and the purple in the heart goes quite nicely with the walls! and the set of fake mustaches beside the mirror on the wall. there is a different mustache for each day of the week. they're fun.









and, of course like i have said, we have no closets. these armoires are our closets. they're sooooo small. haha. its ridiculous. but they look nice. also, the pictures inbetween my friend darcy gave me. they're prints he got at the tattoo convention last year. i like them in here because its a he and she set. skulls. one is a gypsy, and the other is sort of more of a traditional sugar skull.







so thats the finished bedroom. also... i have a picture to prove that my cat isn't a grumpy old thing that hates everything and everyone. her and amily even cuddle these days. its cute.

saetia and amily are friends now. when i was rearranging the bedroom and putting everything back together, i was moving the bed, and of course amily was under it and all over the place being annoying like she does so well... and one of the wheels rolled on her. she made an AWFUL sound, and i got it off her right away. she was fine, but along comes saetia looking for her to make sure she was okay. she was worried! so there, mom, saetia is doing just fine with amily. she's happy even. now all we have to do is get amily to stop using one of the beds in the spare room as a litter box alternative, and all will be good to go!

now to get ready for work... agh. BUT... i just finished two days off, and after today, i get two more! WOO! and i get paid for one of them... the best.
