HALLOWEEN! so fun. i actually dressed up as myself... at age 16. haha. thats right. i am wearing pants i bought on boxing day when i was 15. and a hemp necklace my friend lisa made me when i was 16. and a seatbelt belt i got for my birthday (either 14 or 15... i don't remember). i did my make up exactly as i would have when i was 16... unfortunately my hair is too short. but i think it works. tyler has been making fun of me all day. its great. haha.
tyler tried to cop out on halloween. he has been growing his beard and hair for halloween for the last YEAR and he tried to ditch out on doing anything because i am at work. lame. so what did i do? i invited people over to OUR house to hang out. play games. have a good time. hahaha. now he can't bail! he has to host until i get home! WOO! he actually cleaned the whole house while i was at job #1 (i came home around 4 and helped). and then he went out and got pumpkins and carved them once i left for job #2. he sent me pictures of them. they look awesome. i'm excited to go home and hang out with our friends. we'll see who comes over!
we have a big day planned for tomorrow. my schedule at the fare changed so now we have sundays off together. its awesome. tomorrow we're going to kelowna. they have a new pool there. a WAVE pool. and a surfing machine. UMM... YES PLEASE! haha. i have been excited about it all day (i'm actually 6, i don't know if you are aware). i also get to spend my birthday gift certificate to american apparel (hopefully) and we have a gift card to the cactus club (which we don't have in vernon... but there is one in kelowna). i'm stoked. it's going to be so fun. i hope everything works out as planned! i love sundays. it is my favourite day of the week now.
and then monday will be apple goodness and hopefully some cupcakes with mom. haha. i think maybe i will just explore a new baking idea every week while at my mom's... considering i STILL don't have an oven. i love baking. probably because the results are so satisfyingly delicious.
... i don't actually have much to say. just wanted to write a little bit.

ReplyDeleteyah, that's a very good idea. it would be very sad to dress as myself when i was 16. so...apparently i've missed like a MONTH of your blog because i foolishly believed that since i'm a follower that i would be notified of new posts! i just came to leave a message to say that you should post and found that you had. many times. so now i'm all caught up. and now i know not to be foolish any longer.
