this song came up on a genius playlist yesterday. its by band of horses. so good.

so after all my stress about picking a date, and then trying to book the hall that we wanted (or thought we wanted) and a whole catastrophe with dates... i decided i don't want to have the reception in a hall. halls are boring anyway. we're gonna have it in my mom's back yard! we'll get a big tent, and do some work to beautify the lawn and yard (my only wish is that the chickens weren't there...). i think it'll be great.

i have found some pictures of things i love. like this and also the home made chandeliers in this one. i think i would like those chandeliers to be my big project. they're so cool looking!!!

i'm also having some troubles picking who i want in my wedding party. i asked my best friend jasmine (who all of you have met, i think) to be my maid of honour. and my friend megan to be another bridesmaid. but... i am seriously contemplating having my friends rob and trystan be bridesmen. haha. that would be my 4 best friends, and would be MUCH easier than picking between my other girl friends.

tyler and i are hopefully putting in a team for funtastic today. its a big slow pitch tournament on the canada day long weekend here in vernon. its HUGE. people come from all over canada and the states, its crazy. we were on a team last summer with tyler's step brother chris and a few other people. but chris put us in too hard of a level, and they had some players from tyler's parents actual slow pitch team... combined with some of our friends who had never played before... it was frustrating. so this year we're going to put in our own team with our friends and play on the lowest level so its just for fun! its really cool, you get to pick a team name and you can dress up. there are prizes for costumes and all kinds of stuff. jasmine will probably come down for it to play on our team (she's really good - her and i met when i played softball the first year when i was 10).

and i need to go down to the photographer's who took my picture for kiss fm.. cause she gave them the wrong picture! i HATE the shot she gave them. and rob said he would use the other one if i can get it... so that is my big goal for today.
